Price-match questions
Is every price guaranteed to be matched?
No. This is a request for review, not a guaranteed lowest-price promise. We consider verification, comparability, availability and whether we can sustainably fulfill the order. Submission does not reserve stock or create an order.
Can I use a private quote or coupon?
Yes. Provide the supplier’s website, quote date, product specifications and offer details. For a private quote, email a redacted copy. We may request additional evidence. Coupon eligibility, expiry and shipping charges are included in the comparison.
Which offers may be excluded?
Unverifiable or expired offers, unavailable products, auction or resale listings, pricing errors, different formulations or strengths, and offers with undisclosed conditions may be declined. Samples, subscriptions and liquidation offers may not be comparable to a standard order.
Does matching a price establish equivalent testing?
No. Price comparison does not establish equivalent analytical testing or product quality. Review the available lot-specific documentation for each material independently.
